Task Accomplished!

The 121st State Convention of the South Dakota Knights of Columbus was a complete success!

Delegates will provide a report to your respective councils at your next meeting.

We are in the Red Zone of the fraternal year! Continue to push hard and finish the year strong! So many councils are within reach of achieving Star status.   

2025 State Convention: April 25-27, Sioux Falls, SD.

• Registration and meal order form. Early bird paid meal prices expire 1 April! 15 April is final paid meal order deadline!
  • Convention Registration / Meal Order:  Complete the 2025 Delegate Registration and Meal Order Form (click the link or the blue box at the bottom of the page.) 
  • No need to email the form, just complete the form and send the bottom of the form with the total amount owed and your name by the above deadlines above, to the State Treasurer.

• HOTEL Info: Holiday Inn City Centre, 100 W 8th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104 (605) 336-2000
  • The reservation block/pricing for hotel rooms has past. 

• • As of 26 March all remaining rooms are now available to the public and at market price. There is a major sports event occurring at the same time frame and the hotel is expecting to be at capacity.  
  • There are no secondary hotels contracted to support the convention. There are many hotels nearby (within 3-4 blocks) walking distance of the convention location. 
  • The State Warden does not have extra rooms in his hip pocket for late registrants.

• Supreme Convention Delegate Nomination Form. This year’s Supreme Convention will be in Washington DC. 
  • Self-Nomination is allowed and attendance at the State Convention is not mandatory.  Please review this process if you are interested and self-nominate. 
  • Memo & Nomination Form are now available for the 2025 Supreme Convention, 4-7 August 2025.

• Convention Shirt Orders can still be ordered until 2 May.  Contact Tim immediately if you would like to place an order on this last buy. Tim Salmen has done it again! Check out the many shirt, vest, and jacket options for this year!  Order now.  Payment can be completed with Tim at the convention.
