The State Officers have new email addresses which will assist the forms not needing as many personnel changes every 2 years. Please see the 2026 State Directory, page 5. Specific SD Guidance documents also reflects this change.
State Convention Registration and meal orders. The on-line registration is preferred.
20 Feb Update: Hotel phone outage. The Ramkota experienced a phone outage on Friday 20 Feb. Phone service was restored over the weekend – The State Officers will continue to monitor the situation and will identify alternate processes to assist you reserve your room should outages continue.

Guidance Document for all Programs.
When a specific form indicates to send funds to that individual Program Director, they are receiving the funds, generating a consolidated report and submitting the report and associated funds to the State Secretary. Please make all checks out to SD KofC as all checks will ultimately be received by the State Secretary for deposit.

- 2026 Convention Registration / Meal Order Form. Guidance, on-line form, pdf, Updated 20260402
- UPDATE!!! Meal orders must be received by 10 April to the Hotel. With Higher prices and logistic constraints, the hotel reaffirmed a hard deadline of 10 April for 10 business days before the event for final numbers on meal orders. Online order must be submitted by 1100 AM CST 10 April using On-line form only and immediate payment to State Treasurer Jeff Gillen. (as of 7 April 2026)
